Hi, everyone I just got the job into the hospital through nurse residency, where i have to take 1 class each month. I was woundering hows the nurse residency and what type of courses include at that residency. Also i graduate from the college where there was no seperate pharmacology class. Is nurse residency include seperate pharmacology class. What we as nurses doing to improve knowledge on drugs. Any responds will be great.
