I reached out April 8 and they said the committee is still looking through applications and will have more decisions within the next two weeks but maybe it is taking a bit longer than that.

Hello! I'm thinking about applying to Iona College's new Accelerated BSN program in New York (NY). I read that there is a Fall 2020 cohort going through the new program right now. Is anyone currently attending the program? How is it? Anyone else planning to apply as well?

Hi! I was a rollover applicant and just got accepted to South Jordan campus!

Im a rollover and had emailed them asking for an update on my application and they told me that my information is being resubmitted for the first round of interviews and decisions will be made no later than Oct.2. From this email it seems first round of interviews hasn’t passed yet, I’m not really sure.

hi everyone!! im a rollover applicant as well! I got into South Jordan for October but Im not gonna be able to start that early so I chose to rollover to February. I want to get into Henderson as that's closer for me, I'm coming from California too! are the interviews in person or online?

I agree, my advisor told me my rollover application gets submitted for consideration for the first round of interviews for feb 2021 cohort

I applied May 29, I sent in my physical transcripts but I saw the part that said they won't be able to accept physical ones because they're not on campus and that I can email my unofficial transcripts. I emailed them June 1 and I waited 2 weeks for them to update it on the site but they never did? So I emailed them again with my transcripts June 15 and they updated them June 24. I got my acceptance July 15, 3 weeks from when they received my transcripts.

Hi everyone! update: I was accepted to the program a couple days ago!! I'm so excited. I'm still thinking about which ABSN program I want to go to but I'm so grateful to have been accepted to Drexel

No problem!! I spoke with my advisor and he said yes we would have to go through both again. He also said we aren't guaranteed an invite as well, it's basically going through the whole app process again.

I got a response back today! they gave me 2 options, Deposit-deferred where I'd stay at the same campus but keep my seat. or Rollover where my application would be resubmitted into the feb 2021 pool. They said for both options TEAS will be required. I decided to go with Option 2!

Thanks for the update! For Option 2 do you know if we will have to do the interview again or is it just the application filling?

Thank you! same to you!! No I don't, I just responded to my acceptance email asking them if I could defer to February and select Henderson instead for February (because I was accepted into Utah). During the interview I asked them if it's possible to defer acceptance and they said yes it was. They said we don't have to do the interview process again. I forgot to ask about switching campuses? I have some family now in Vegas & it's much closer to my home in LA so that would be much easier for me. I have a nurse friend who went to Roseman and graduated recently & she told me that after her interview she had gotten an email saying Henderson campus was full, but "as a qualified applicant she had 3 options: 1. accept admission to Utah for Oct, 2. roll over to February and begin at Henderson, or 3. remain as an alternate candidate." She had applied back in 2017 so I am not sure if we will be offered the same options. I am hoping we are, fingers crossed ?

I got my acceptance email as well! but October is too early of a start date for me so I am hoping to defer my acceptance to the February cohort :)

two out of 3 of my schools only send hard copy transcripts but on their site, Drexel says they aren’t accepting hardcopies right now but you can send unofficial transcripts to [email protected] then later on when the school opens up I guess, send the official ones.
