  1. WE draw bloods on PICC,just like everyone say here,follow your facility protocol.It's ashame to stick someone if you already got access through a PICC.Talk to yuor charge nurse.
  2. Guilty Here.I don't think there is anyway around it.In my ward we got a policy of Pre-setting meds and any patient manage to self meds are encouraged.Everything is Routine

    I worked 80 hours/a fourth night,that like 40/wk athimes I get called in extra in that week but aslong I don't get over 80hours/2 Weeks they are not oblige to pay me overtime.Check your Contract,every facility differs.

    Unbelievable,what are you up there ROBOTS..I've been working as anurse for 7 years now and in the last 3years Iam in Rehab ward.Somethimes I think I got too much autonomy,I work mostly PM Shift ,where doctors go home @5:30 and all we have are on-calls DR's.
