  1. Hey! Congratulations! You are in a good spot! What unit are you going to work in TGH?
  2. I'm sorry to hear that. I think the OR/PACU positions was filled quickly. Hope you get other positions soon.
  3. Hi NurseKath, So I am assuming that you accepted the offer in MultiCare? Congrats! :) See you there
  4. Hi TinSathRN, Did you got an interview/offer in MultiCare?
  5. Hi NurseKat, Awesome! They are going to Hire you and I'm pretty positive about it! They will give you a pass for employee parking. My apologies, I don't know anything much about their residency program, as I have read in some post here in allnurses, For the first 2 weeks, it is much like a classroom type for all RN Resident. That's all I know and I guess I'll see you there somewhere. :)
  6. Hi NurseKat, Congratulations on the offer! What unit did Swedish offer you?
  7. Hi NurseKat! Interview questions are pretty much basic like Tell me about yourself, How do you see yourself 5 years from now, how do you handle grumpy doctors/patients, what is the above and beyond thing that you did, and couple more questions that I forgot. You will be fine! Just be yourself, smile, be enthusiastic, sell yourself, and don't forget to ask questions! Good luck! :)
  8. Hi TinSath! I applied for OR Residency. I applied December 1st and got a call on December 7th for an interview. Good Luck to you!
  9. Anyone going to be in RN Residency in MultiCare this February? I just got an offer in Tacoma General Hospital. I'm excited and somewhat nervous.
  10. You'll still have to take the English Proficiency exam in WA state, I think you can take IELTS or TOEFL. I did IELTS tho.
  11. 44% to 58% scores, did 1.5k + questions. Passed at 75
  12. I only get a score of 44% to 58% scores in uworld, I was doing only 75 questions a day and I passed the NCLEX -RN. Focus on rationales and make them right, practice thousands of questions, repeat the incorrect answers again. You will be fine. :)
  13. I used Kaplan to help me choose the right answer, and uworld for content, passed NCLEX RN. Try practicing lots of "Who would you see first" questions and SATAS.
  14. I felt the same way too when I took the examination. Then I passed 75 questions
