    thank you for your reply! i was just wondering because i have seen from some different resources/forums that being a US Citizen can maybe bypass the TOEFL. thank you for letting me know so :)

    Hello everyone, I'm a graduate of nursing from the Philippines, but born and raised in California, USA. As a part of some states requirements, i've read that some require taking the TOEFL. Would I, as an american citizen, still need to take that test? (not that i'm worried about taking it, LOL) If anyone has gone through this process, or any info about this, please please please let me know as my CGFNS CES report has already been issued for Washington State.
