  1. I emailed my enrollment counselor and she called me on the phone about a minute later! She's on the ball... She said they got new mentors and have opened new spots in the Jan., Feb., and March cohorts and offered me a spot if I wanted it. After deliberating the possibility tonight, I've decided to stick with my April start date. I'm a new nurse (started ft in June) working 12 hr shifts on an acute care floor. The stress sometimes leaves me zombified :dead:my first day off, then I'm normal for a day, and my last day off I just prepare to go back (laundry, food prep, etc.). I think I need some more time to adjust before I take on more schooling. I'll be ready by April!
  2. No, but I'd like to. I wonder how that happened...someone dropped out of the January group maybe?
  3. I'm in! Just had my intake interview today for the April RN-MSN cohort. Let's connect again as it gets closer!
  4. I'm still waiting to hear from my enrollment counselor as to whether I make it in the April cohort for RN-MSN or will need to wait till May. I should hear back this week. I'll let you all know!
  5. I can't start until April 1 due to a 3-week trip I'm taking end-Feb to early-March. It's perfect timing if I can get into that cohort.
  6. Hi! I will hopefully be starting my RN-MSN on that April 1st date as well. I was accepted and ready to go September 1st of last year and had to postpone 2 weeks before starting. I just contacted my enrollment counselor today to see if I could start on April 1. I'll let you know what class I get into! I currently work full-time in Acute Care at a V.A. Hospital and graduated with my associate's in December of '14. Where are you working?
  7. Okay then- thanks for the clarification. I'm taking mine on 1/30 and am not even going to try it. Going to go the old fashioned route and bite my nails and distract myself for a day. :)
  8. The PVT DOES NOT WORK. A friend just took the nclex (1/12/15) and it let her try to register immediately after. The next day the BON showed that she did pass and now has her RN license.
