Hi im from new jersey and i was looking and the local hospital near me is hiring for er techs.. they will take you with your emt-b cert which is what i have but they also want you to have your Telemetry certification may i ask what exactly that is and how one would obtain such a cert?

I'm very curious can someone help answer me on what the entrance exam was like? i bought one of the books they recommend and im lost already so can someone explain what the entrance test was like

just curious im about to fill out my app for the feb class in 2010 what is the aplication process like? was the entrance test hard? did you find it hard to get accepted into the program?

My names Christina im a 25yr old EMT-B who lives in new jersey. my dads been on dialysis for a little over a year now and im really interested in this field. i would love to be a hemodialysis nurse but i have no clue where i should start, should i start lpn or rn should i start working for a facility first and go to tech school? any help on where to start where to begin on this quest would be greatly appreciated thank you.

do you need schooling first or do most of these places hire than send you to school?

I'm going to be taking the entrance exam here for my lpn program they offer and in the enrolment form it said we could use calculators.. is there any certain kind any one could recomend to me for my use? i suck at math and dont want to get the wrong one.. thank you
