  1. Student Loans for not so good credit?

    I too am in the same boat...my husband and I both lost good paying jobs, and our credit went down....i was really worried that i would not be able to recieve students loans with our bad credit, but i was wrong. I have a stafford loan which does not look at your past credit unless you have previous defaulted loans as someone above posted.

    My favorites are highlighters, colorful post-it notes, and every year I buy a new planner, mostly to keep track of all my school work and exam dates

    Hi everyone! First I want to say how glad I am that I came across this website...it is great! My question is about the NET exam. I was wondering if any of you could give me an idea of what kind of material is on it? I believe that it is math and reading comprehension...but what kind of math? General math or algebra....and how difficult was the exam? I am currently at Schoolcraft and have four more pre-reqs to take so I want to prepare myself for the test. Thanks for your input!! Jen
