I am getting ready to graduate with my ADN and am worried about getting hired as I know most places are looking for BSN graduates. I also have no healthcare experience. Do hospitals still hire ADN students? Any input would be helpful :)

I believe the way it works is where ever someone who got in isn't able to attend, that spot opens up and they call down the list until someone fills the spot. So they will call and offer every location that someone drops from, if that makes sense

There is still a chance! Maybe for a different location though. A few pages back someone was talking about them being number 21 for the alternates and she was still called for a spot!!! TWICE! All it means is you have less time to get your stuff toge...

I just asked the latest we could get them tonight, so we are not all up all night waiting (but lets be honest, we will all be up waiting HA)

It makes me feel better that they will still send out the email tomorrow at the latest... So they wont make us wait until Monday (hopefully)
