  1. I would get back with Hurst. Reprint their pdfs and research the videos and fill them in again. Do them all then when you are finished sit down with blank pdfs (I pulled mine on my kindle) fill each page up and double check your work with one's you filled out previously for repetition. Ones you don't get read 3 times and understand it just don't remember. Also Kaplan has a great strategies book that teaches you HOW to test NCLEX. I will be happy to let you know what else I did differently the second time around on exam day if you want. I exclusively used Hurst and just NCLEX mastery app for questions. HURST questions on q reviews are only helpful if you read and UNDERSTAND rationales....if you do that they are immensely helpful!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! Another thing I taught myself was to say "I WILL PASS". Excuse my language but make NCLEX your ***** this time! Best of luck!!
  2. I passed too!!! Second time!!!
  3. Hurst vs ATI and took the 2 days off before. I made an intensive studying plan and googled how to take NCLEX and went over Kaplans strategies, prioritization and delegation book. I also did a boatload of questions with rationales!
  4. I PASSED!!!! Blew it out of the water this time with 85 vs 265 questions!!
  5. I took the NCLEX 09/19 at 8am for the second time. I didn't try the trick my first time as that was the transition time around 08/29 they changed it up. This time I couldn't help myself! I did it about 8 hours later and then again about 30 hours post test and both times "results not available" BUT it lets me enter my CC info and after submit it goes to the red letter writing that I can't schedule blah blah blah...Hoping this means I passed!! I feel like I did!
  6. I did it again today after the 24 hours with a card that has
  7. You have to press submit. Just because you're scared doesn't mean you failed. Try to breathe and relax. I'm in the same boat waiting. It's excrutiating waiting!
  8. I don't think you pressed submit once getting to the CC page. That's now when they have that popup. They changed that part and I know because when I failed last time it took my money and this time I got the good popup and still am and I don't have the results delivered page so my fingers are crossed! I felt way more prepared and like I passed this time!!!
  9. I think that's what results not available is talking about...the quick results. I don't think it has anything to do with PVT ☺️
  10. When you got this popup did you notice if it said results available? Mine didn't and I got this popup today too!
  11. Did you notice if it said delivery successful?
  12. So I tried it again just now and it hasn't changed! Plus I left their knowing I did well!
  13. Thanks!! Hurst is AMAZING on drilling the content in a non-stressful way! I will definitely write a testimonial when/if I get my confirmation Friday!
  14. I did the PVT and got the good pop up....I HoPE!!!! I did Hurst the second time and HIGHLY recommend it!!! That coupled with the NCLEX Mastery and ATI question apps on my phone! Hurst ties it all together and makes sense of it and I believe is making me a better Nurse!
  15. Did you get the good pop up in red on the same screen? That's what I got!!!
  16. I tried the Pearson vue trick and got a separate pop up I got in red writing "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled. Another registration cannot be made at this time". This was my second time taking it and last time I was able to go right ahead and pay to reregister!!! I THINK I passed?!!!! It says results not available on the other page then I tried the PVT!
  17. It may not be...it is an expired card. My hopes are with you!!!
  18. What was yours like? I don't want to try that PVT because if I failed I would be heartbroken and don't have that money right now. How many and what types of questions did you get each time?
  19. So I took NCLEX Aug 29 after using ATI and failed with 265 in a couple of hours, it says on the report that I just failed basically. I took it again today on little sleep and am sick. I prepared hard with Hurst and other Q/A banks and rationales. My Hurst Q Review scores were pretty good and I feel like I learned so much more. Anyway I got a lot of multiple choice but they were mostly priority. I got about 10-15 SATA and at one point got three in a row before it went to an exhibit question. I feel I was all over the place but KNOW I got some off the wall questions right and some seemed easier than others. Kaplan says they want you to get 50/50. Well it stopped about 85-100 questions this time and I took about an hour or so to do it, for me I did take my time and was aware of what they were asking, slowing down and reading all the questions and answers etc. I am on the fence of if I passed and am leaning more to that I did because of all the priority (Bolded words of Most, First, Priority) and also because I can not see after barely failing the first time, studying as hard as I did and "getting it" that I could have failed in waaaay less amount of questions! Also I know you can't gage it on how many questions but I think the second time around you should be able to read some sense into this.
  20. Hi there! I wanted to see if anyone tried hypnosis for test anxiety before the boards? I heard it helps a ton!! Please let me know what you thought of it etc. Thanks!
  21. Hi there! Thanks for the info! I am currently doing the Hurst online and LOVE it!!! I am also planning on seeing a hypnotist for test anxiety as I have heard from 2 different Nurses it worked for them! One of the Nurses had failed 3 times and it was do or die for her and she passed after seeing the hypnotist. She said she had some anxiety but it was more normal and helped her organize her thoughts better! I find I am doing much better with this ATI app the more Hurst review I do, the better I do on quizzes!!! Love it!
  22. So I got my CPR and got all near passing except psychosocial Integrity where I got below. I didn't get any above passing however it says if you get 265 and failed it was close to passing standard! This confuses me and I feel so much better and more and more prepared since switching from ATI to Hurst. I'm reregistering tomorrow and acting on a new slate and not looking back! I think the only other book I plan on getting is the Lippencott strategies that has the CATA and alternative formats along with their Q&A book I already have. I really don't know what I'll do if I don't pass again!!!
  23. Honestly think the green light had nothing to do with ATI. I know about 6 people who got it and failed. ATI doesn't prepare you on HOW to take NCLEX. Content is great but lacking in approach technique with questions. I graduated with honors and know my stuff but also know that approach is everything!
