Hi again! Is anyone else confused with releasing our drug screening results? Is there a specific for we have to sign and turn in? The link that is given in our provisional acceptance letter only takes me to the "notice of privacy practices". I'm not so sure if that is the same form that we need to release our results to the School of Nursing? Someone please clarify this for me! It would be greatly appreciated.
