I went this past Saturday. The process was super fast.

I used that same sheet for my TB, MMR and Varicella titers but since it showed the negative Hep B titers that's why they rejected it. I don't know why it shows 2 series on there. I already spoke to someone in the Nursing department and they helped me...

My shot record had to be printed out from my employee account at work and there was no way to select/remove certain information since it's in my official employee file. All shots, tb test, titers are included in the same page.
