  1. Hi! The best advice I can give you is just review regular interview questions (ex. Why do you want to work here, what are your strengths/weaknesses etc.).Practice them with someone else so they can give you feedback. Go in feeling confident. You might get 1 or 2 patient scenarios or you might not get any at all. Again I say, Be CONFIDENT. You will do great. Good luck!
  2. Hi eedo_rn I seen this post from 2012 and was wondering if you now have more of an understanding of what relief Nurses do at county. I currently got offered a relief nurse position and was wondering how that works and how has it worked out for you. My understanding is that those position eventually go fulltime.
  3. Hi I've recently been offered a position through Los Angeles County for the Relief Nurse position. I am a new grad with no experience so I accepted the offer. However, I am wondering what is the difference between RN 1 and Relief Nurse. If anyone has experience working as a relief nurse please share your insight. It is much needed for my understanding. Thank you!
