As in you moved from finalist to receiving it? Congrats!! Everyone else- do not fear! I called (I am a finalist) and I asked when we are going to find out. I needed to know if I should take out loans in case I find out after my August bill is due. They told me on the phone that the finalists are way ahead of the game, and a lot of people haven't even heard back yet. SO DO NOT WORRY IF YOU HAVE NOT FOUND OUT YET!!! THERE IS STILL HOPE! As for the finalists, he didn't tell me when we would know. I took out my student loan just in case. Today I got a congratulations present from a good friend and I didn't have the heart to tell her I'm only a finalist :/ Hoping for the best.

Hi everyone!! I also got the congratulations email today (literally cried and called my dad on the spot). The email was sent the 1st but I didn't read it until today, and I have the 8th to submit everything. I am planning on going to my school tomorrow to fill out the school verification form. I do really hope that finalist means we actually get the scholarship, otherwise I would feel really disappointed and stupid for crying over it. My dad is saying all the finalists most likely got it because of the way the email was written (and that they probably say it because you won't get it until you send in the documents on time). Also, I think the "0" applicants was a typo? EFC: 0 State: Ohio Accelerated BSN Last name: E GPA 3.94 Good luck to everyone!!

Congrats Aeensign!!! :) I'm so happy for you! When I read your post, my heart skipped a beat. I hope the Corps applicants find out soon for all of our sake! And VioliNurse, it sounds like you have a pretty good chance! All we can do is hope and wait! I'm so nervous. Bills for August are already due in a week, so I had to apply for a private loan just in case. Ouch, I'll pay for that interest rate later in life

Hi all!! I am also anxiously waiting to hear back. I have a EFC of 0 and I graduated undergraduate in May with a 3.9. I got accepted into a one year accelerated nursing program, so I'm really hope I get the scholarship since I am not allowed any more loans from the government. Mine still says under review, but I started to apply for private loans just in case the worst comes.
