Hi aman deep kaur i am i need u r help to start my application process. Earlier u msged me that Indian GNM is eligible for to sit Nclex Rn exam. But someone said that only BSN is eligible for H1b here. And diploma is not ok for the visa screening. Pls help me out of this situation. And if there is any agency that deals with this issue please let me know. If i dont get any information i have to go back to india and join Bsc nursing. Thank u

i have received a msg (personal) from someone using this forum that on Jul 8 by amandeepkaur hi i am from india too,,,ok here may be this could help you.first of all which state are you going to take nclex?second yes your gnm here equivqlent to BSCnursing ,but you need to get your evaluation report from CGFNS.you can check their website.fill the application for credential evaluation than fill the application for board of nursing which state you wanna take?you can take any state if u have social security no. anyother information you can contact me. i am totally confused with these statements please help me whether i am eligible as a GNM from india to take the exam or not.

Hello Sir/Madam I have few more quires 1.which type of report should I apply for in CGFNS, is it CES professional report or academic report. 2. You said that Diploma does not meet the requirements of H1b please explain me further. should I go for further studies like BSC nursing in INDIA or is there any chance of taking additional courses in USA to fulfill the requirements. 3. could you list out some states that do not ask for SSN. thank you in adv. regards

Hello All My name is Keerti, I am a registered nurse in hyderabad, India, I have done my GNM (General Nursing and Mid Wifery) and I have 3 years of clincal nusing experience in a multi-speciality hospital. Right now I am staying with my husband in USA on F2 VISA status as a dependent of my Husband. He has F1 Status. I would like to appear for the NCLEX-RN exam here in USA. I have few quires regarding this. 1. Is my qualification as GNM (3 years diploma after +2) is eligible to appear for this NCLEX-RN exam? 2. If yes, How do I start the process? 3.
