I've been there sis! I spent 10 mos of suffering in that poor place. The reason why they are continuously hiring is that, their staff, sad to say one after another flee from that place! Hahaha. Training was acceptable, but salary was as always, delayed. 2 mos up to 3 mos without sustenance? Not to mention my credentials-T.O.R and diploma (both original) were stuck there for they have required to keep them until you finished that 2 years contract, then only they will release. (How bout in case of fire?Nyahaha) Php6,500-7T is their rate for fresh grads. And im just blessed, im here in Riyadh,KSA now enjoying training with good pay helping our families back home at the same time. God bless your plans!

If for example in a 2-year contract, you should be in the middle of that contract which is 12mos before lodging your application. Im currently working as an ER NURSE. I'm in a 3-year contract so i should have lodged my application earlier which is during my 18m0s? I'm confused really..

I'm currently in Saudi and i'll finish my 3-year contract soon this September. i'm planning to apply for this 175 SKILLED INDEPENDENT MIGRANT to Australia, can anyone enlighten me bout this link? http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/genera-skilled-migration/175/eligibility-work-experience-study.htm/ My contract will finish in less than 8mos from now. And i think i am able to apply by June, 2-3mos before i finish my contract. Does it mean that i'm not considered eligible for this 175 visa as per Recent Work experience is one of their main requirement? -iza

Everyday O Lord!Everyday an ER Nurse is facing all the challenges in the workfield along with the pressure of being alert and at the same time being compassionate and caring in handling cases....A thankless job despite of doing our best..To be the frontline in the hospital to receive patients isn't an easy job after receiving an early-morning-shout from the relatives,crying and yelling patients hurrying to be cured,lunch with bloody injured (lucky if you drink a "gulp" of water),snacks with a pepsi and a loud impolite mannered one shouting at you "Hurry,Faster!" ,a dinner with "Code Blue"(trying to revive), and a sleepless night trying to stay awake and alert only to serve our fellowmen. ER Nurses aren't made of steel and built in cement!We are humans too that's why we are able to care to our patients knowing we are dealing with lives of humans like us..So treat us humanly(LOL). I wake up everyday hating the ER world but what's good about it is that God put us in that area to extend His hands to save lives & heal the wounded and ill.. A simple "Thank You"..Or even a smile of gratitude wipes all our tiredness and makes everything worth all our efforts...Hahaha.And whenever I visit those in the ward that I have admitted,to see them recover from the injuries (you can't even recognize or figure out their body features due to fractures,bruises,wounds,contussions)or illnesses,and to see them smiling after having survived...I just simply smile and say.. " Thank You Lord You put me in ER to save lives...And touch lives."
