  1. Thank you! I wish you well too. What have you decided to do? Hopefully, it's continue to walk by faith and not by sight!
  2. Communications Management
  3. Don't give up... The test and trials are what make you stronger. Last year I was accepted into the Herzing program only to find out that I wouldn't get enough loans to pay for the program like a week before classes were to begin, I had to fight back my tears in that office, but it only meant that I had to go a different route to get to where I am trying to go... With that being said if Nursing is really something that you want to do then sit down and come up with a plan, if your Teas score was low, then retake it and try to get higher. If you don't have all of the classes like Human Growth and Development or the Math class or English class then enroll in the Fall and aim for all A's to help that GPA. Take heed to whatever they said prevented you from getting into one of the programs. I'm semi-stressing about how to pay for this since I already have a Bachelors, but see the way that my God is set up, I know that it's going to all work out.
  4. Y'all I don't know why my comment won't post where I intended for it to post, but I am responding to futurenurse14 (i think that's her name..) - sorry!!!
  5. I had 183 points with a 3.8 GPA... Still no news or changes?!?!

  7. I got into the Bessemer program! YAY!!! Oh and when you do get into Student Suite, click Student Information and then select Degree Plan to see if anything has changed. Keep us posted...
  8. I got in to the Bessemer Campus evening program!!!! Congrats to everyone and I'm sorry to the ones that didn't make this cut, that just means that something better is coming along..
  9. I'm going to wish with you and I will definitely post it as soon as I hear something. You do the same. I can go ahead and tell you that my points for the RN app were 183 or 187, I didn't take that HPS class that's offered, but not required. I have a bachelor's degree, so I was basically paying out of pocket and just didn't see myself paying for a class that was "suggested." If by chance I don't get in this go around then I might take that class during the Fall semester, but that's a BIG might...
  10. I applied to the evening program in Bessemer, as well as the LPN program in Birmingham. I would prefer to be in the evening RN program, but I'm just ready to receive some acceptance papers and get my foot in the door. I hope we know something before July 25th... I might lose my mind if I have to wait that long.
