Yes, it looks like I should be boarded at around RN II. A friend of mine was boarded with the same amount of experience and her BSN at a level I step 4 at a different VA, I'm not quite sure why?

VA Hiring Process
Ok, so I am brand new to allnurses... forgive me if I post incorrectly :) I have recently applied for a job at the VA near my home. I have been reading about the horror stories of the application/interview/Boarding process etc and am getting a little overwhelmed! So I applied for the position on the 9th of this month and the posting closed on the 13th. I was emailed by the HR woman on the 16th and she requested I complete two additional forms (the declaration of federal employment 306 AND an additional application form 10-2850). I thought I completed all of the necessary documentation online and both of these forms she emailed me look really similar if not identical to ones I completed online. She was very nice and helpful with any/all interactions. What I am wondering is, are these 'additional' documents she was asking me to complete? Or are they part of the initial application process that I missed somehow? I'm a little worried I may have already blown my opportunity if I missed paperwork in this initial stage
