    Designer NP, I am in the same boat! I'm in too deep to back out now and have no desire to sit in an office and see patients at 10 minute visits or fill a GNP seat in LTC. Need autonomy, creativity, something different and uneek! There are websites related to creative nursing, enterprenuer nurses, non-traditional nursing jobs and consulting if you have time to google and look into them. You might get an idea there. Good luck! Wish me luck! or toss some ideas my way if you have any! :)
