  1. Do you know the name of the ECC professor that moved to MVC? Ty :)
  2. I will be attending MVC for Fall 2014 :) Nice to meet all of you. Let me know if you start an FB page as well! See you all at success camp!!!!
  3. I needed more BSN points. It's a no go for me. However, I was accepted to MVC and they are only 7 min. from my house! Sweet! lol! I won't reapply for 2015 with Methodist. I wish you all so much good luck in the program!!! Rock it out!!!! Xoxoxo!!! -Stacy
  4. Awww! Thank you!! Let us know right when you hear something back! Good luck!
  5. just emailed you! let me know if you need anything further! i included my phone number :)
  6. @arevalcs1: Your sister is so nice! What is your email address??? I have several links and documents that I found very helpful when studying for the Hesi! I will email you everything I have! : ) You got this!
  7. @sdr0123: Hi! I applied to a few programs, I think that the Methodist application reflected 27 or 28 points. If I'm not mistaken, I believe we score additional points for our interview as well.... My interview was at 3:20. Interviews were scheduled to last 10 min. per candidate. How was your interview???
  8. I think that I might have met arevalcs1's sister too :)
  9. I was so nervous! lol. I did the whole fast talking bit. I feel okay about it :/ We'll see what happens. :) Fingers crosses!
  10. Hi :) I would start by emailing Ms. Griffith to request an updated Information Session Schedule, and attend one of them as soon as you can. The information seems to be changing lately, however they will provide you with the most updated info and application available during the session. *Read all of the fine print from the Methodist application. You can view the FALL 2014 application at : http://www.methodisthealthsystem.org/workfiles/ElCentro/Nursing/El-Centro-Methodist-Nursing-Program-Application-fall-2014.pdf As far as I can tell, the major differences between the two programs would be: 1) Instead of attending lecture classes at El Centro, you view them via teleconference at Methodist Dallas. However, I believe all testing is completed at El Centro. 2) Methodist pays for your tuition and you agree to work for them for 3 years after graduation in return. You are responsible for paying back the tuition if ever you skip out before the 3 years has been completed. 3) The Methodist Health System is amazing! They truly want their students to succeed and ultimately become a part of their team!
  11. I applied to a few programs. I believe I had 28 or 29 points for the Methodist application. With a 94 HESI Score.
  12. Good luck!!! Praying for you!!!
  13. My interview time on Tuesday is 3:20PM. I'll be praying for all of us!!! Good luck to everyone!!! This is almost over :) Thank God. lol -Stacy
