  2. Just two people, the manager and a clinical lead.
  3. I interviewed with CTSICU. Kelly, the manager, was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The clinical lead in my interview was Heather. She was also really nice. Just be yourself and be honest.
  4. I have accepted my offer. They gave me a choice of July 11 or July 25 start dates.
  5. I just accepted a new grad position in the Cardiothoracic Surgery ICU. I live in the area and did a two hour shadow, then had a formal interview with the unit manager and a clinical lead. Before I got back home, I had a formal job offer.
