  1. Hey guys, how are things going in the program? I applied for the Spring 2015 with high hopes. Any feedback is appreciated.
  2. Hey gelibean, I take pharmacology this fall (2014) with hopes that I will be accepted into the nursing program. My question is, if you have taken ALL of the non-nursing courses (A&P's, micro, speech, humanities, etc...) which will leave me with lighter course loads each semester. Do you know if I could take courses from another semester (ex. first semester: foundations, clinical nursing, and health assessment PLUS common concepts, nursing skills, etc...) and possibly complete the program in a fewer number of semesters?
  3. Thanks ikegrad2002; your response was exactly what I was looking for. Ugh, I just hate to be held back because I have literally taken ALL of the non-nursing classes.
  4. Hey berryberries, I am benefiting from your resources as well (THANKS). I take pharmacology in the fall at HCC; what resources did you use for pharmacology?
  5. Yea, thanks Christian. I understood that part as I have completed all of the non-nursing courses in the degree plan so if I am accepted, I would only have the nursing classes left to take. I was trying to figure out what my degree plan would like look without the non-nursing courses.
  6. Ok ikegrad2002, but I don't think my question was clear. Let's say for example I am accepted and I've taken all of the non-nursing courses outlined in the degree plan (A&P, Micro, Speech, Humanities, PE, SOCI, etc...), that leaves me with only nursing skills for the first semester, am I able to take other nursing classes from other semesters like integrated nursing skills and other nursing classes or do I have to follow the plan verbatim.
  7. Congratulations on making it to your last semester. I have a question, did you already have some of the classes outlined in the degree plan completed before starting the program? I am asking because I am applying to Kingwood and I noticed that I have already completed some of the classes. For example, when I look at the first semester credits, I've taken all of those classes except Nursing Skills. I'm trying to figure out what my schedule would look like. Thanks.
  8. Hey, I was supposed to take PHARM during the summer but couldn't so I am taking it this fall. Any feedback? suggestions? Professors?
  9. Hello, I am a school teacher also; did you ever find out any information about evening nursing programs?
  10. Hello, I am a teacher also and I am interested in the evening ADN program at Kingswood also. Did you hear anything else about the program?
  11. Hello, Did you hear anything about the Quest program? I am interested in that program as well.
