How long did you, guys, study for TEAS? I am very nervous about the test.

I haven't taken my TEAS yet, but if I apply in September, I should start getting ready for it.

For those of you who applied for the Fall, have you finished all your prereqs or planning on finishing them before you start the nursing program? I have finished APHY 1 and English and I'm taking Psychology in the summer. Is it a goo idea to apply in September for the Spring? Thanks and good luck!

I'm also interested in what u find out about it. I'll start prerequisits soon and I was wondering the same thing. What is your first language and how difficult were the prerequisits in a second language? All the best to u!

I've applied, but I decided to start only in spring, because I have a newborn, cries a lot and it would be harder to start now, I'm hoping she'll get better in a couple of months :)

how soon could i start after I get my accuplacer results? I've seen there's an Ivy tech center on Michigan rd, close to the Pyramids in indianapolis, could I take my classes there? Thx

In response to my own question, in case anybody needs this information, I do not need to take the TEOFL exam, I am seen as a domestic student, I will need to take the ivy tech assessment in writing, reading and math.

One more question, what do you do to start your prerequisites? Where and how do you apply for the classes?

Hi there, I 'm trying to figure out how to start the prerequisites at ivy tech indianapolis. I intend to do an Accelerated Nursing Program, hopefully at IUPUI. I didn't finish my school in USA, I'm not a native-speaker do I need TEOFL for prerequisites? ( I know I need TEOFL for nursing school, I just wouldn't want to hurry with that as the test is available only for 2 years and I'm not sure how long it will take me to get in the program). Any help in figuring all these out is much appreciate it. Thx!
