    hello anyone here knows or have same situation i have... I tooks Nclex-RN for Florida in Makati Philippines October 2012..then I failed. Now, 2014 I am in Hawaii and I would like to retake again..for BON Hawaii. my questions are... 1. Do I need to resubmit again all the documents I submitted before to cgfns?(sealed docoments containing RLE, TOR course discription etc.) do I need to start from scratch or the cgfns had my files already ..? and I just need payment. anyone here have knowledge about this??? thank you ALOHA~~~~
