Ok, ye I don't know about the breaks. Im concerned about how many or what days of the week our classes will be held. I live in ny, but long island. In the process of apt hunting…hate it. Lol…

Yaaay! Congrats umgrad. Im so anxious too, I use the calendar on the website to get an idea of holidays/breaks. I was told we won't get the schedule until orientation day. Are you already living in the NYC area?

Dgee, so sorry to hear. I have 1.5 years ccu experience, plus I work per diem at another icu. On a several committees: ebola, skin care, pt education. Ccrn. GPA 3.82. Nursing was my 2nd bs, and a ms in public health. I al so was a health inspector in the army for several years. And I volunteer a lot including medical missions. Don't beat urself up, there were other schools that rejected me. Columbia was my first choice and I put all of my effort in my application. I started my essay almost a year out. Best of luck

I didn't send my transcript. I really half assed it. I just uploaded copies. They need to go green like other schools, plus transcripts cost a lot if like me u've been to five or more schools and are applying to more than one program
