  1. I just didn't want the first job to call once I start the second. I would hate to leave a hob I haven't been at for at least a year. I guess I have to go with #2. To top it off I absolutely hate the hours. Low pay, unfavorable hours.... But I need work at this moment.
  2. You got it!!!!! Eat a healthy breakfast and relax. Don't over think or second guess! Whoop whoop!
  3. I interviewed with 2 companies today. The first one the ADON wanted to give me the position but I believe the DON has the final say. She informed me that I was what they were looking for. I did my preemployment packet and she told me the DON would call with the pay, etc. However, the second job offered me the position on spot. Only problem is the second job is paying far less than what I have EVER been payed. I want the FIRST job because it is in a skilled nursing facility and I could strengthen more of my skills. What should I do?! I'm hoping the first job calls me but I don't know how long I should wait. The second job wants me to start immediately. ?
  4. I do not mind commuting. Can you give me the names?
  5. Thank you for the informative advice!
  6. Does anyone know of any facility that is hiring EXPERIENCED LVNs? I do not want to do home health but the lack of jobs in Dallas is unreal! It seems as though these companies do not want to pay a decent hourly rate. They prefer new grads for cheap labor!
