  1. That is one of things I am worried about. I am really thinking about going into Cardiovascular technology. I just wonder if it is the same?
  2. I was considering changing my major from RN to Cardiovascular Tech. Does anyone know the pay rate difference between the two?
  3. It is very nerve wracking!! It seems like I have been going to school forever, to get to the point of where I am at. Those timed tests are the worst. I wish we could just get in on our grades, not just one test. Do you know anything about Cardiovascular technician? If I don't get into nursing maybe I will apply for Cardio Tech.
  4. I decided not to take MAC1105, instead I am taking a Humanities class, World Religion. Going to take it easy this summer break until I am notified about the RN program. If I am rejected I will finish my prerequisites for my BS degree.
  5. I applied for the RN program yesterday. I am soooo nervous about getting in. I hear it is very hard to get in and that you have to apply multiple times. I make very goods grade, 3.7 gpa, but my NAT test score was low. I was so nervous while I was taking it and was over thinking the questions. I hope I get in but if I don't, I will apply next term. I believe they are doing away with the NAT and replacing it with the HESI. I bought both books to study from just in case. Not sure if I want to apply for a third time if I get rejected on the the third try. I am thinking of changing to cardiovascular tech. Does anyone know about this field?
  6. I took statistics but with another professor by the name of Jeffrey Daniels. He teaches at the Nassau campus. He is not a very good teacher. He gets flustered and acts as if he forgets how to do the problems. It was pretty hard because you really had to read the book and teach yourself. Thank goodness I made a "B". Now I am about to take MAC1105, I know it is a math below statistics but I didn't think I needed MAC1105 for my BS degree, well that is what my counselor told me. She was WRONG!!! Does anyone know of a good teacher for MAC1105?
