I got the letter yesterday. Two of my friends who also applied have not received anything either.

I just got my acceptance letter to GCC!!!! Did anyone here applied to GCC?

I was just wondering if they give a time frame too, not just a deadline. For ex. July 1-21 in case they are closed for a while after the Spring semester ends.

Do you know if we can turn in the package early? In June, perhaps?

I saw the fall schedule online, it is exactly how Enzyme heard from other students.

Yes, I applied to GCC ( not heard from them), to PCC ( waitlisted), to LACC ( accepted) and also to LAVC. Most probablym, my first choice is LACC regardless of the other schools' responses. But we will see, I may not have more choices anyway. I wish we could all go to our first or second choices without having to wait years..

On the health science department web page ( LAVC), under the RN program link, there is a place where you find: Getting ready for the first semester. That's where i found lavc's medical clearance requirements just to get an idea what to expect.

Annabellesasu, if you go to the webpage of lavc RN program, go to prepare for the first semester, there you find info on what we can expect in the medical clearance package. Of course, it may not be identical to lacc's med. clearance requirements, but it will give you an idea what to expect. I tried my best to get some info on this from lacc but for some reason they won't say a word. we get the package in June and we will most probably need to turn it in within a month. If you get accepted at lavc and choose to go there instead, you will only need to complete those tests, bls course, background test, etc by September only. Hopefully we get this package soon.

Yes. I called lavc and they said it will be some time in June. Pretty late compared to other schools. But at least the medical clearance is not due until September.

Hi kellyk1000! I am accepted at lacc and waitlisted at pcc. Have not heard of lavc and gcc yet.
