You will definitely get in with 94 points. I got in with 82 and I'm taking A&p 2 and Micro now. As far as I know the fees aren't waived it's still $15 to apply and $5 for the transcripts.

I'm glad I check this forum. I didn't know that we had to wear scrubs in the lab. I thought that we wore the polos for classes and labs and the white scrubs/lab coat during clinicals. I'm going to the uniform store today after work to check everything out. Can we wear any color scrubs as long as it's embroidered? Sorry if I'm being a pest

They changed our major at Charlotte last week and I'm all registered! Just have to take the CPR and I will be all set.

Curious why did it take you so long to get your prints done? My understanding that they go to FDLE and then on to the FBI. If you had to re submit them or if there was a problem I think they would have contacted you by now. It sounds like they're lost completely which is terrible. Are your drug test results on Certified Profile? Call your campus and let them know what's going on because the deadline for everything to be completed is today. Maybe they can help but I'm not quite sure. I remember reading somewhere that the deadlines were firm. Good luck

It's a certification that we have to have before we get into the program. It's Basic Life Support for health care providers, the class teaches CPR and AED. Most hospitals and private places offer it several times a month but spots fill up quick so that's why most people want to get it out the way. I think we have to have it done by the first day of classes.

Everything came back all clear for me too. It didn't take as long as I thought that it would. I already signed up for the BLS class and I'll make an appointment for the health exam whenever they send us the acceptance packets. I think it will include everything that we need to get done. Curious are we automatically signed up for classes in the fall? I see some schedules were posted

Congrats on making it in! I didn't think I was going to get in either I only had 80 points and I'm taking ap2 and micro this summer. Actually I just got out of class and I have a classmate who made it into Charlotte with me and she applied with only 73 points! I kid you not! She's super smart but missing the same classes I am and she just took a shot at applying. A lot of people didn't apply this cycle bc they didn't think that they had enough points. I'm guilty of the same thing. I came on here right before the deadline worrying about not getting in but I did. The Hesi literally makes or breaks you and it all depends on who's applying with you that cycle. Congrats again to all who made it in! This time in 2016 we will all be graduate nurses! I wish you all much success in the fall. I promise to keep you all updated throughout the program :) -J

I got into Charlotte as well! I'm so shocked because I only had 80 total points. 3.48 gpa, 88 on Hesi. Congrats everyone!
