I did speak to Ryan this am first he said those calls didn't go out then I said for the lpn to rn transition and some girls got calls so he said they did complete those calls and they are just waiting for everyone else they called to conform or deny seats then they will go down the alternate list. Then send out letters. They said everyone has until Thursday to confirm or deny. So sadly I was not selected. But congrats to those that were!

OMG my nerves are killing I emailed connie kersy again but it still sent me an out of office reply. I dont think she ever turned that message off ( she probably doesnt want all the emails anyway.) I did not get a call I was hoping not to many transistion students applied. I am going to call tuesday but it seems so far away!!!! if i dont get in i guess im going to GALEN, which is probably going to kill me financialy!

Thank you for your recent inquiry. I am out of the office. The College is currently operating on a four day work week Monday through Thursday and will be closed on Fridays through August 12th. PHSC will resume a five day work week beginning August 15, 2016. NOT SURE WHEN SHE IS COMING BACK BUT THIS IS WHAT I GOT LAST WEEK

I applied last year and got a letter that I was not accepted due to gpa, so you should have gotten a letter either way, stating whether or not you met the min requirnments. So def check into it. Also I emailed Connie she is out of the office so that is probably why you didn't get a reply.

Yes im pretty sure I don't live in Pasco and my GPA is only 2.8 and teas was only 67. I emailed and asked if LPN experience helped or if having the co-reqs helped (nutrition and comp) and she said specifically GPA and TEAS. I got the confirmation letter but I hear fall is hard to get into and my composite is so low. Waiting until the end of July is torture! She said they have 34 spots at west campus and 34 at porter campus.

For my LPN program there were no prereqs just 2 entrance exams. The LPN to RN programs however have several pre reqs

Looking at everyones scored just really bummed me out my composite is only a 64 and I am not a Pasco Resident, has anyone every gotten in with a score in the 60s I applied for the LPN to RN. Also I saw they are only taking 34 students is that at each campus or total between the 2?

hi peaq, when i work in the hospital with mostly rns and when they found out i was going for my lpn first i got nothing but negativity. like its a waste of time go straight to ur rn, or we soon there will be no lpns, soon on and so forth but i just kept going because it worked best for me. now i am done and found out i passed my nclex on mothers day yay!!!!! and my nurse manager hired me on as an lpn. it worked for my current situation so i went for it. don't let any one bring you down because only you can live your life!!! good luck!!! i did it with three kids under 5 years old. don't let ANYTHING set back ur goals!!!
