Hi thrashej, I attend al-anon weekly. Its the best thing I ever did. My group is great and very supportive. Get the books "Courage to Change" and "Hope for Today". Every day read the reading for that day. You will have a safe haven where you can discuss anything that is bothering you. Everyone in the group understands exactly what you are going through. There is nothing that you will say that someone else has not experienced. There is no judgement, no codemnation, no critisism. I am so glad I went back, even when I dont feel like going, I go and come home feeling better. I agree with the other posters, you have to shop around, you will find your "group". I also went in to counselling which helped alot. Hey T come back, we will welcome you with open arms :)
