I agree with you totally. How can you genuinely care for some body you have no compassion for ? we should as well program robots to be caring for patients instead of nurses with no empathy and compassion. What was nightingale and Others doing. Is empathy and compassion not part of therapy? Family health nursing and home nursing can speed up recovery of patients as well not only our cold and rigimented care at the health facilities.

I don't mind working in any state in US, Canada or UK. I have been working in the medical ward for 4 years where am proficient in managing medical conditions such as disorders of the renal system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, endocrine system, hepatic system,digestive system (gastrointestinal disorders), sickle cell condition.

Am a general nurse and have been working for 4 years now full time. I have a first degree in general nursing. Please who can help me with a reliable nursing agency to help me secure a job. I found a few agencies on Google but they are not responding to my email. Any link ?

It's a good start. Pay off your loan and save more for retirement and house. you should also be thinking of school. consider going back to school for more courses.

Pls who can link me up with a nursing agency? I need an agency to help me with a new job and writing my Nclex exams. I've been practicing for four years now as a general nurse, I want to specialize but before then I need a good job so I can save and invest in my specialty. All the agencies I found on the net don't respond to my mail. Any country that pays well is ok. Don't really mind about the country but the job and income. thanks
