  1. I applied January 16. Got telephone interview March 3, Vetpro started 3/24, April- Tentative offer, then E-Qip a month later, then June 4 PE and fingerprinting. July 1, Final offer received . I live in Houston so it may be different if I live in L.A. 6 months from application to job orientation, but its worth waiting:D
  2. I finally have my final letter of offer in VA Los Angeles:D.. I will start my orientation July 28. Patience is a virtue.
  3. it seems like your process done in the same month. I applied 1/27, interviewed 2/27, Vetpro started 3/24. I was told courtesy Physical/background appointment to be followed after Vetpro. Vetpro verified 4/17. And the waiting process begins. My present supervisors are very supportive so i am not worried about my pending job offer in LA. I'm just too anxious about reading all those threads about the waiting period. Goodluck to you.
  4. hi ORTech2RN, I read your comments and I am also in the process of hearing from VA LA. I live in Houston and expecting to move to LA as soon as I will get my final offer. My Vetpro process is completed as of yesterday 4/17/2014 (it says verified); had received a call for my expected salary last week and I accepted it. Quick question, have you done your physical and finger printing yet? When should I expect it? The good thing is HR told me I will be doing it here in Houston so I don't need to spend an airfare going to LA for the physical. Should I expect the physical and fingerprinting anytime soon?
