  1. Hello! I am interested in becoming a CRNA eventually but heard the on call hours are crazy. Is this true? How often is a CRNA on call for in a typical week? Do you think this is a suitable job if I plan on having a family? Thanks!
  2. I was accepted to both nursing programs out of high school and had a tough time deciding as well. I went with MSU because I'm more comfortable here and I like the campus better. They are both highly ranked programs, so don't go by that so much. I would go by where you would have an easier time. Either way you get a degree from a great university. Personally I wouldn't mind the drive over taking more credit hours because that's what would stress me out the most. Good luck and congrats!
  3. I am a prenursing student thinking about what I'm going to do with my BSN degree. I am really interested in sports medicine/health and fitness. Is there any path I can take after becoming a nurse in this kind of field? Is there like a NP in sports medicine or some kind of nursing specialty related to fitness? Thanks
  4. I am currently a prenursing student aspiring to be a CRNA. However, it has always been my dream to be a sports medicine doctor because of my interest in fitness and sports. I have direct admit into a nursing school and I'm afraid of dropping out of my program and possibly not getting into med school. Is it possible to become a RN first, then go to med school? Has anyone done this before/have any advice on what to do? Thanks!
