  1. I am considering about moving to NC from California so I will be with my family. I also interested in Duke/ UNC. I wonder what is the ratio on the floor/ telemetry in NC? It seems like most of the RN in ICU, inpatient need to rotate shift.
  2. Hi mihaSk, I wonder do you have to take on different shifts at Duke? like day, swing and grave yard shift ? Is it 12 hour-shift or 8 hour-shift? What unit do you work at now? What's the ratio of the pt to nurse? Is it same as California? I have been working in ICU in Ca for 4 years. I am considering to move to NC since my sister lives there. Your answer is greatly appreciated!!
