  1. At my hospital the nurses are either Labor and Delivery or Nursery and all of those nurses work on the Mother-Baby unit as well (once a week or so). It seems to flow smoothly for us!
  2. Hi there! I am a new grad nurse and just got offered a job in the Birth Place. I think I will be starting in postpartum and then will eventually be trained in L&D and the nursery. I want to prepare myself the best I can for starting on the floor... anyone of suggestions for books or websites to freshen up on OB info? or any tips or advice for a new grad starting in post partum? anything helps... thanks!
  3. Hi there! Just like many of you I am a new grad RN... passed my boards in February and having a very difficult time finding a job. I received my BSN from GCU. Any tips? Or anyone know of places hiring? Anything helps! Thanks :)
