I also wear Naples by Klogs. Up until this year I wore Saucony running shoes and LOVED them. Then I fractured my medial malleolus, tibia, and fibula, and when I returned to work had to wear a brace, this wore my Saucony's down fast. The hospital I work at now has a pretty strict policy when it comes to shoe color so I bought a pair of Sketcher's at the uniform store... awwwwwwwwwwwful. By the time I got home and got out of the tub I had to crawl to the closet for my crutches, the pain was so bad. The next day I wore my Brooks (which I use for running) and told my manager I'd get some appropriate shoes asap. Luckily we had a shoe sale in the lobby that day (which amused the heck out of patients and visitors alike) and I was able to try on several different types of shoes. Dansko's were too hard and difficult to fit correctly due to my brace.... Then the sales clerk pointed me to Klogs. Hallelujah! I got the Naples in tooled black leather and don't regret it at all. They are so comfortable I find myself wearing them outside of work too. The best part is the leg & ankle I broke seem to be getting stronger in these shoes and I've been able to work some partial shifts without my brace on. All in all I would recommend Saucony's, Brooks, or Klogs.
