Keep your head up, BMT! (I'm from Nederland but living in Austin) I just wanted to let all of y'all know [or reiterate] that you can already feel awesome about yourselves! One of my best friends didn't even get an interview and honestly, people, she is literally the best student I've ever seen/known. To watch her disappointment and feel her pain from the no-interview rejection was simply heartbreaking. I know that waiting is a BEAST and that it's easy for me to say that you should feel proud even amidst your anxiety, but seriously! You made it this far above some very well-qualified candidates, and they will be accepting folk all the way down to the wire before classes. xoxo

To all of you still biting your nails, I know it can sound trite, but please keep your spirits up! I am about to turn 30 on April 1, and I have battled my fair share of disappointment over the years. Just know that your dedication and hard work are very important in building your identity and character, and there is nothing that anxiety or rejection can take away from that. I believe everyone on this journey deserves to feel soooo incredibly proud because we've worked our fool heads off! Feel free to message me if you need a friend.

No problem! I feel like they have already sent out rejections, but I'm not entirely sure how that works. Regardless, MyStar didn't change at all for me for interview purposes; so just make sure you are on top of the email checking and even your junk folder just in case.

Sign in > Campus Solutions > Student Center Look under Admissions, and you should have a green dot indicating that your application is complete.

Actually I was a little confused myself - not sure if it was because of it being so dead around there for spring break. Anyway, it's the big brown and tinted glass building right next to the garage (on a bit of a hill). Because of all the construction you have to walk toward the stairs in the garage and just past them is a little inlet for pedestrians to get across to the building. As long as you make it to the elevators after that you'll be golden! Didn't want you to get that rat-in-a-maze feeling that I had just before the interview

Hey everyone - I've been creeping on this thread for long enough so I decided to sign up today and share your anxiety. I had my interview last Thursday (3/13), and I am, like all of you, obsessively staring at this green dot with prayers and hope of a check mark! Thanks to all for sharing your experiences and emotions. It has helped me through some of this long waiting process.
