    Has anyone heard back from ER yet? TWU80..I agree I believe within the first 5 minutes they know if its a compatibility or not. I hope everyone who wants ER gets it..its about being driven and having passion for it.

    I had my interview for ER residency today. I think it went well. Probably a week before they let people know yes or no...

    I applied for ER Residency, but have not heard anything back yet....HR said they usually don't start interviews until May.....anyone else applied for ER?
