  1. I have been studying on and off too the teas v prep book. I read that there is alot of chemical questions on the test such as chemical balancing and how to name new types of chemicals etc etc. I can tell you that in high school i never learned that! Its all new to me. Roman numerals are new to me as well. This is nerve wrecking because i really want to be an RN but have no Idea if i will even pass the entrance exam!

Hello everyone. So I am taking my pre reqs at my local community college. I had a late start at 23 yrs old I'm barely finishing my associates and hoping to make it into the nursing program by next fall. . I have been studying the Teas V book and let me tell ya, I am afraid! I'm afraid of failing because everything in that book I've already learned years back and don't remember half of the stuff. I heard we only get 2 Chances of passing the exam and that's it. Can anyone give me information and tips on how to successfully pass this exam?
  3. Hi eveyrone. I am 24 years old and I am almost done with my general eds before applying to a nursing program. Questions for those who are already there. How is class time? Is it hands on, or books only? I also think I am just going to get my ADN instead of my BSN right now, because I am already 24 and I have a little girl and a husband. I heard that I can become and RN then, get hired at a hospital that will pay for my BSN degree, is this a good idea or no? thanks for the time, hope to hear back from anyone. :)
