how long has it been since you mailed it to them?

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me out here. Currently attempting to endorse my RN license from Canada to Illinois, I don’t have an SSN so I filled out the SSN affidavit form provided by the IDFPR. I have sent it to an email an agent provided me with but it’s been 4 weeks and I haven’t heard anything yet. Is there any way I can create an account with IDFPR without a SSN or another way I can submit my SSN affidavit form? are they only accepting online applications?

Thanks for answering; it did clear some doubts! When I searched for the requirements of the Illinois license, it stated either CFGNS, CES, or the visa screen are valid, so still a little unsure whether I have to do both CSE and visa screen or just one is sufficient.

Hi guys, Hoping someone can help me! Currently looking into this process, but I'm a little confused with what the first step is. I'm currently looking to obtain an Illinois RN license. I passed my NCLEX in Ontario last year. Should I automatically apply for the VisaScreen, or do I have to apply for an Illinois license first with a CES report? This is so confusing.

How are you able to view your test scores?

I just got accepted yesterday! I did my test at the end of February and i honestly thought i messed up on the math part but thankfully i didnt!
