    Hello this is Xay,, I am a newbee here,, However this is my situation,, I am a BSN graduate in Philippines last 2008 and I do not have a Philippine license since i didn't pass the board exam.. And now I am currently living here in USA, I am an immigrant here and planning to take an NCLEX exam this year 2014. I heard that there are some State in USA that does not need a license from Philippines to take the exam... does anybody know that following state that will allow me to take the NCLEX exam even if i do not have a license yet? it will be a great help if anyone will take time to answer me... thank you..
