I'm thinking about doing the online class with Uno also. How is it going?

I'm taking Anatomy during the summer and i'm taking Physiology & Micro in Fall! :)

i will be taking Anatomy this summer (8wk course). Here in San Diego they don't have A&P together.. its just Anatomy by itself. Good luck!! And i love the links everyone!

I can only answer one of your questions..... 3. Is it hard or easy to get a job as a registered nurse in Honolulu? I don't think its hard to get a job as a registered nurse. Pretty much all the big hospitals are looking for RN's.

yea I was looking at the pre-reqs and it did say i need to do the labs also! I'm dreading the Skinning of cats. but you gotta do what you gotta do right?! Thanks!

I would suggest you take the NCLEX exam in PA and then get it endorsed.

Just wondering if anyone has went to there RN or LPN programs and how they like it? Or if they've heard anything about these schools. I am taking my pre-reqs here in Hawaii and then when my hubby transfers to San diego,(he's in the navy) then i'm planning on applying to both the RN and LPN programs. Thanks, Ariel

I live in Waipahu...there are different areas in waipahu. I live in the Waipio area and its nice! There is also a Waikele area that is nice also!

what is/was the schedual like? Was it a set schedual? What about clinicals???

ok, so I can apply as a cna, I don't take the training untill i'm hired..and they train you?
