Florida New Grad RN applied to Christus Spohn Hospital Kleberg
well when it comes to support system, i really dont have one. Im a single male nurse in my late 20s. I did live in houston for a year in 2008 and loved it. Weather and demographics to me is not as important as just getting my nursing career going. I really just want a hospital in texas that can give me a shot as a new grad. btw Houtx I sent you a pm. Basically just wondering if you know hospitals in texas that are very new grad friendly, regardless of the city.

Just took the NCLEX today...
Wantafanta I took it yesterday and had about 140+ questions and around the same amount of SATA, no drag and drop, no meds(just output calculation) and 1 ekg. I was scared as heck too of the CC page because I have gotten 3 times before and I know how much it stings. Regardless, I still went ahead and did the pvt trick 15 minutes after my exam and got the good pop up. Something tells me you will get it aswell. My advice is to go ahead and do it already so you cans start celebrating early !!

Good pop up but so worried
Guys i know this topic is the most common on these forums and i always told myself that when i get that pop up, im just going to celebrate. Fast foward 3 retakes laters, n i get the good pop up but i am corcerned because it feels too good to be true. I have read these fotums religiousy for the last year and know that if you get SATA questions then youre doing good. Now my concern is that i was at 150 qs and felt that i didnt get a SATA for like 25 previous questions. Just to add to my worries, my last question felt like a basic TB question n wasnt even sure i got it right. I did the pearson vue trick 15 minutes later in the car and got "our records indicate...". fiy, delivery was successful but i yet cant pay for quick results.

5th time test taker
Hey character11, can u please send me a private message
-
Failed twice
Guys I just retook the exam and failed 146 items. Plenty of sata and case studies. I already started studying again to avoid depression lol. I took 5 hours and 55 seconds for 146 questions. If I can recommend anything to who is a future test taker is DONT read too much in the questions. Read it to know what's being asked but THATs it. I wish everyone luck and hope to start a new thread 45 days from now on how i passed. ps. Got near passing on all except psychosocial (below)
