Hi, I unfortunately had to give up my seat this year due to family issues. I will try again next year. But my friend tells me that it's a lot of chapters and studying. I wish you the best! I will be there next year!

My orientation was in March. We start class on June 2nd. I'm doing the LPN then on to my RN. I wore some nice casual attire to my orientation, nice light makeup, took a notebook, and a bottle of water. My orientation was four hours. They went over our health information and gave us places to go get our physicals and stuff done for an affordable price. They talked about what an LPN is as well as what our school required. Since I will be doing a part time/ weekend program. They talked about classes being three nights and clinicals on the weekend. We were given our price sheet, our book list, and some other information about the school. I am very nervous because it seems overwhelming, and I work a 8-430 job Monday-Friday. We weren't given any assignments or syllabi so I'm assuming every orientation is different. Best of luck!

Well we had orientation and it's exciting! A lot of books and info but I know I will be able to get through it. Are you going to start this June or next year?

The director told me that clinical will vary but it will be on weekends. She said that it could be every weekend or every other weekend.

Yes I am! That's what I was told from the nursing instructor and my recruiter. However when I called today they changed the curriculum. This summer we will be taking the Fundamentals of Nursing instead of Body Structure and Function. So the clinicals will start in the fall but I'm not sure how they will be doing it now but in January clinical rotations where every other weekend.

Congrats! I'm sooo excited for you! I start nursing school in June 2015. Please give tips for studying and stuff. I would love to hear what you have to say.

Oh and I forgot to mention. It's a little slower than the day program cause you are taking one to two classes per semester but it will be challenging cause it nursing.

Hello! I just got accepted into the program and from my understanding. We will have classes on Tuesday and Thursday: 5-9 or 530-9 depends on class and clinical every other weekend. I hope this helps!

Hello everyone, Last week I found out I was accepted into a part time evening/ weekend LPN program. Is there anyone else who was accepted? We have our orientation this month (March 2015) and start in June. I'm very excited! Does anyone have any advice on studying or any book suggestions?
