I received a job offer at a hospital and it starts in a few weeks. However, I am talking to a recruiter at the hospital of my dreams and she said I may be offered a position in the fall. Is it wrong for me to take the job position offered to me and to leave in the fall if I get offered a position at the hospital I've been wanting to work for?

Hey everyone, I am a new graduate nurse and I just got offered a position at White Plains Hospital. I also had an interview at St. Francis Heart Center today and it went well! I was wondering since I am a new grad nurse should I just take the position at White Plains since they offered it or wait it out to see if I get an offer at St. Francis Heart Center. Also, does anyone know how much St. Francis pays new grad nurses? Thank you!!!!!

Hello, I am a new grad nurse currently seeking my first RN job. I have been hearing that it is extremely competitive and difficult to land the first job. I have also heard many say to take the first position that is offered to "get a foot in the door". I was wondering would you guys recommend this or to wait it out until I hear from the job I really want? Thank you!!!
