Hello everyone! I am in a need of some answers for my endorsement. My license is based out of New York trying to get endorsement to Texas. The thing is Texas said my education is insufficient to be approved. They said there would be an education review. Along with that they provided a in depth questionnaire related to my schooling and work experience in the healthcare. Anyone else get this questionnaire? How detailed did you get in it? Im worried I won't be able to give the answer to some of these questions because of how in depth they are. One question requires the location of every clinic site, hours/days spent there, name of preceptor and their qualifications. These questions are depth and I don't know the exact answers to some of them. I understand alot of questions can be answered via transcripts and with the help of my teacher. But its alot and very specific in depth questions. Anyone else have this questionnaire? Did you get denied still? If I get denied, am I denied for good? Or is there continue education offered in Texas in order to meet their requirements? Im a bit nervous I didn't realize a state could do this due to education. Im confused Im an RN, why would the requirements of education be different in other states. I thought they would be the same since you're approved to take the NCLEX. Thank you for your time!

I got my letter today!!!!!! I got accepted!!!!!! Yay im so excited i cant wait tell september :)

I called today, the lady wouldnt give me any information. She said to call tomorrow if i didnt get it and she would resend it. I am guessing mine got lost in the mail. Guess ill have to wit a little longer :/

Man, i still didnt get mine :/ now im a little worried guess ill have to try and call them on monday.

Yea, i want to call but i want to seem impatient and make them annoyed of me, but i think if i dont have it by monday morning im going to call.

No im still waiting for my letter........ let me know when u get yours im doing everything in my will power to not call and bug them about weather or not im in im running oit of patients its hard to wait calmly .....

So, its been pretty much a week im wondering if i should call and ask to make sure there supposed to take this long. This is crazy why cant they just tell us when we call.
