    I had my exam January16 (Thursday) and I've been trying to do the PVT..It says that "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold.A new registration cannot be created at this time."..I'm so anxious..been doing the trick since yesterday and the same pop up message comes up..Does anyone know what it means?
