Thanks a lot for your respond I don't have problem with clinical but when it comes to ethical it is hard for me. 1-question like this. when teaching teenager what respond shows she understand to used OC pills? I am not good with pill but i can remember to take this. If my friend can do it i can do it. I don't like to do something stupid now and see worst result later. I don't know what is the point of this question? 2-for religious they don't accept blood and hgb is 7 what is the best repond? 3- when pt agree to start TLC and diet what initial action? I don't know pt agreement and promise to continue or metabolic evaluation? 4- age and gender in women cause what kind of fear? Financial ,social, lose independency. Or i do not exactly remember. What they looking for this kind of question Or mother of 16 years not agree for pelvic exam what is our best respond should be. When Np evaluate people exposed to chemical what is Np document? I think it is time of exposure and chemical cause of death Some question like this where do you think I can study for this subjects?x

Any body know if the patient not used his medication because of cost. What we should do for his HTN? Diet, only monitor him or give him generic RX?

I took ANCC today and not passed all was ethic and question about roles ,research .I am not good to answer this type of questions and not really found any book to help. my score was high diagnose , treatment, assessment but low role policy and fundamental and research. Can you help me with study guide only for this type of questions? Or now you tried both , do you think AANP is better choice for me? feeling so disappointed . only few HTN and DM. I paid for CD,seminar out of town.let me tell you seminar only somebody reading the textbook lot of socialize and nothing more,mostly exam is about ethical hospital policy and professional Organization, alternative modalities deal.none of that will discussed only what you learned in school about treatment and disease,short fast. don't spend money Cd will enough. but still up to you but what I experienced was jok Goodluck

Hi, yes I need help I tried several time ANCC exam and failed. lot of Ethical policy questions. telephone nursing, I am depressed. one question was about pt with HTN no money to buy medication? diet low Na+, Rx anyway,generic,f/u couple need genetic problem looking to have another child what is the best roule. web refer, local OBGYN, call ,or list of places nonlocal something like that ? pt with believe traditional medication but choices was so funny and lot of like this questions they are looking for what money. Do you have any advice for me AANP maybe better to take less ethical and policy question or not?
