Are we really talking about NCLEX already? One step at the time people. We have enough to stress about. Stay positive. Here is a tip that works through out history and never failed me: Work hard in and out of class and you will succeed.

GPC Spring 2016 Graduates
I started looking into some of the material that we will be studying and it is pretty intimidating. I am just hoping we don't have to know everything mentioned in the textbook .

Thanks kjewel36 for starting the thread. Being accepted is both exciting and scary, but I am willing to do all what it takes to get the license, including watching grace anatomy LOL.

GPC Fall 2014 hopefuls
Guys! Maybe one of us can start a new thread about the next step. This way we stay all in contact, and we exchange information about all the preparation to start the program. I think we are now beyond the acceptance thread. Thank God.

I got my acceptance letter too. I have a 4.0 gpa program and science. I made 76.5 in teas. 76 in math and 71 in reading. I actually did better in science. Congratulation to those that made it so far, and good luck to those waiting. Keep your hope up.

Did you apply in any other schools than GPC? I have heard that your both GPA and teas score are the average of scores that they accept but I know nothing will ease your mind more than receiving the letter of acceptance from them.

Is there any criteria GPC include in their choices such as sex, background, nationality, and languages? I am a male, from Africa, and it is really hard to start from scratch considering that I have learned everything in different language. Now I have a GPA of 4.0 and my teas scores are: Adjusted score: 76.7, Reading 71.4, math 76.7, science 83.4, English 76.7. The problem I had with the teas was the timing. Usually I always take longer time to finish my tests compared to my fellows Americans. Do you think I have any chance to get into GPC nursing program with my scores? I have no other plans.
